| Please discontinue use of all Vitamin A derivatives, such as Retin-A, Retin-A micro, Renova, Differin, and Tazorac at least 3 days before coming into the spa for a facial or face waxing of any kind. |
| Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to ensure an unhurried spa experience. |
| To avoid a charge, please provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. |
| Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled. |
